Flights should come into Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport (JAN)
- Please arrive in Jackson by the afternoon or evening on the Sunday before your workshop week. Homewood Suites by Hilton Jackson Fondren: 2815 N State St, Jackson, MS 39216 or The Old Capitol Inn: 226 North State St, Jackson, MS 39201.
- Flights may be limited on Friday of the institute; consider booking an additional night at the hotel if booking your flight last minute.
Trains should come into the Jackson Amtrak station at 300 West Capitol Street

If you are arriving by plane or train, we suggest ordering an Uber or taxi to the hotel in advance. MDAH will provide a limited number of shuttles at specific times for transportation from the airport. We will update this information with times as the date becomes closer.
